Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free local delivery for our neighbors in the 80238, 80220, 80230, 80207, or 80010 zip codes. For everyone else, we charge a flat rate of $7.00 shipping on all orders. That’s right, no matter how much you order, you’ll only pay $7.00 in shipping…!
Q: I own an awesome shop, and would love to serve/sell your coffee. What are your wholesale prices?

Q: Are your coffees organic? How about fair trade? Rainforest Alliance?
A: Sometimes. Our goal is to source and roast the best coffee possible. Sometimes this means our beans come with an organic or fair-trade label, sometimes it doesn’t. This doesn’t mean that we don’t care about the farmer or the product. We attain our coffees from importers that have a reputation and track record for responsible sourcing. We have chosen to work with importers that have worked hard to develop long-term sustainable and fair relationships with farmers around the world.
It’s also important to remember that, while these labels are a good starting point, there is much more to the process. Some smaller farms simply don’t have the ability – financially or otherwise – to attain these “certifications.” They may do all the same things as the larger farms with these labels, but may not be large enough to go through the process to attain the label.
Q: I really loved this coffee I ordered from you last year, can I just get more?
A: Probably not. Part of our mission is to provide the best and freshest product we can at all times. Coffee seeds, much like any other ingredient, are seasonal! Much like a restaurant that changes menu based on seasonal ingredients, our coffee offerings are always changing based on which beans are cupping well at the time. That means that sometimes, once we’re through a batch of beans, we aren’t able to get more.
Q: Can you send my coffee preground?
A: We generally prefer to ship our coffee whole bean to help maintain the amazing flavors in the beans. However, we understand that not everybody has access to a coffee grinder. So if you need your coffee shipped ground, just go ahead and put a note in your order and we’ll take care of it for you!
Q: Are you a 501(c)3 organization?
A: No, we are not a 501(c)3 organization. We decided that it made more sense for us to put our time and financial resources towards the actual product than the legal and governmental regulations surrounding becoming an official 501(c)3 organization. So, we are structured as a simple/traditional LLC… we just donate 100% of our profits on a quarterly basis to different charitable organizations.
Q: Why are you donating all your profits?
A: Quite simply, it makes us happy. We feel that this is a way for us to do something we love (roasting coffee and sharing that passion with others) while giving back. There are so many amazing people and organizations doing awesome things around us – this is our way of supporting them in a bigger way than we might be able to do individually!

A: A little.
